Refund Policy

At JallCleaning Services, customer satisfaction is important to us.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered based on the nature of the issue.

  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24–48 hours of service completion.

  • We may offer a re-clean, partial refund, or service credit at our discretion.

  • Refunds will not be issued for issues related to inaccurate information provided by the customer, lack of access, or conditions beyond our control.

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed and approved by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
