1. Services
   JallCleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Scheduling & Access
   Customers are responsible for providing accurate scheduling information and ensuring access to the property at the scheduled service time.

3. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning requested. Payment is due as agreed before or after service completion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities
   Customers should secure valuables, pets, and sensitive items prior to service. JallCleaning Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

6. Service Satisfaction
   If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within a reasonable time so we can address your concerns.

7. Changes to Terms
   JallCleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
